Impact of September 11, 2001
My volunteer service at "ground zero" and elsewhere
in New York City counseling the victims, families, firefighters,
police, EMTs, and others affected by the World Trade Center and
American Airlines disasters has been deeply moving and personally
transfoming. I am honored to have had the opportunity to contribute.
